Allow me to share my personal encounters with obese individuals and overeaters. Many of them shed bucket of tears when they relate their deep regrets of living a sedentary life style for too long and too much. Some of them are either now confirmed to their wheel chairs or struggling on simple tasks even at home.
It s indeed a pitiful sight to see them slowly trying to recover their simple bodily movements. Furthermore, it is a very sorry state of affairs to see them suffering to regain the movements of their minor limbs. Maybe, had they read this article before, it would be a different story altogether. Agreed?
Without further ado, shall we jump to the first reasons why exercise can destroy obesity, overeating and fats. Here goes!
Reason No.1. Exercise is an effective way to rid yourself of stress and can prevent overeating caused by stress.
Make no mistakes! Stress could arise from worry, lack of sleep and anger! Food is often used as a form of gratification for oneself. It can be used as form of projection or escapism. But as a long term remedy it would be highly damaging. Take my word, not all obese individuals are happy and contented people. Unless they grab hold their horns of disappointments and discouragements, I repeat overeating is not a long term solution! Right?

Reason No. 2. Exercise releases pent-up energy and frustration.
This especially all the more true for the male sex. Nature has wired up men or boys to
exert their body through exercise. Traditionally, the male sex has always are hunters
and farmers. Their body build up is fashioned to exercise in one way or another.

line is that fasting shed more muscles than fats. On the other hand, exercise converts
fats into muscle.
Reason No.4.Exercising allows you to use time, once spent overeating, in a
productive and fun way.
Lucky for you, there is no excellent way to utilize one s time more effectively than exerting your muscles. Not only does exercise offers a good distraction from food, it instills a sense of oneness with those whom you exercise with. Regardless of indoor and outdoor exercise, regardless of exercise types and regardless of sex, it will never fail to lead to a happier and longer life. Trust me! I am speaking through years of experience from engaging in table tennis to golf courses. Been there and done it! Period!

Reason No.5. Exercising is a great way to meet and receive the support of other people who are also motivated to be physically fit, feel their best, and lead healthy lives.
There would be no better example of such behavior with friends and acquaintance in the gym or in a sport club. You would not fail to spot them by the words and encouragement they talk to you. Apart from the encouragements, it would be more fun and joyful to be with them. It beats doing exercise at home.
At this juncture, let me clue you on a small piece of advice. Or rathe
word of cautions against the belief that exercise alone will not make you lose weight. Research has proven that the purpose of exercise is to be physically fit, to feel and look your best. You can be physically fit and still be overweight.
Trust me, when I say in no uncertain term that “It takes thirty minutes of aerobic dancing to bum off twelve corn chips . You ask Does it take anyone you know takes thirty minutes to eat twelve corn chips? Believe me this question has been thrown to my face so many times that I have lost count! Don t worry; I will give you the answer in a moment! To answer your question the best answer would be, Probably not . The bottom line is that the fastest exerciser cannot burn up the number of calories that even the slowest overeater can take in.
Allow me to clarify more! The stalk naked truth is that most of us have unrealistic or mistaken expectations and erroneous programs when it comes to the value of exercise for losing weight. There are dozens of example of the kinds of exercise programs many people have learned to give themselves every time. But unrealistic expectation can lead to many giving up a good many programs. This would ultimately end up that fat people just give up their exercise, or never even think about exercising again!
Furthermore there are then some diehard obese individuals who believe their version of exercise is jumping to conclusions, running down their friends, side-stepping responsibility, and pushing or roughshod their way through.
